      Great staff. Forward thinking. A great deal of opportunity.

      Cons

      Very difficult raise negotiations. The job is a huge time commitment and financially incompensurate with the amount of work put it.

      Pros

      Small smattering of smart and kind staff in the pipeline, tunnel and transport group who unfortunately carry the rest of the ‘severely lacking’ on their shoulders.

      Incredulously archaic systems and procedures in place The ‘head office’ in the US is chalk full of negative scheming energy, and uninspiring, narcissistic henchmen who have no idea about growth or progression. New ideas and innovation are discouraged ‘Mafia’ type mentality Ridiculous politics and hierarchy

      Pros

      All of the managers and staff encourage and provide ample opportunity to grow wherever you want to grow, whether it is in marketing, structural engineering, CEI, or any route you are going down. Professional growth is encouraged and the company has many opportunities provided to employees to do so, both locally and on a corporate level. The work is also rewarding.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times and workloads are very high at times, and depending on who you are working for.
