The people at the company were nice.

Cons

As soon as I started there was little to no mentorship. I was given projects without instruction and had to figure it out myself. When I asked for work I was told I would be given some then nothing came along. I was then instructed to do trainings, but then was questioned over the trainings because company funds were tight and I shouldn’t spend company time just doing trainings (even though there was no work). It was the most back and forth work experience I have ever had. I was then laid off, along with a lot of other new grads. If you are looking for a solid work/learning experience and structured job as a new grad, I would not recommend this company. (Also would not recommend moving to somewhere for this company due to lack of stability)

Pros

Great people to work with and above average pay. Office is in a convenient location within a few minutes walk of the train and tram stop out the front.

Cons

Never ending redundancies in 2024/25 leading to low staff moral, job security and stability.
