Pros
Really interesting projects on a variety of topics, colleagues recruited are generally really nice and competent, which makes the work interesting! Lots of learning on the job (but very little formal training). Good office location in central London.
Cons
Poor team management, which generates a lot of instability and stress. Line managers left to deal with junior employee's problems on their own, with appalling support (or lack of thereof) from HR. Pandemic was not managed well at all, causing unnecessary stress (and mass departures from the job) for many. Ridiculous pay cuts in April 2020, only to pay shareholders dividends 3 months later, mades you feel really detached and betrayed by the organisation.
