      Siloed working and fiefdom culture makes effective integration difficult in many areas. Fee earning codes are guarded and create hostile practices

      Good people but no growth and low pay

      There are some good people here and there, it is safe, it was a nice company at the beginning of my employment before things went downhill

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth, micromanagement, timesheet issues, low pay, cutting away benefits for employees while bragging that revenue grows, poor internal mobility
