      Lots of opportunities, but dificult to progress

      Pros

      Lots of internal opportunities to gain new experiences and skills. Lots of opportunities to undertake training and achieve new qualifications.

      Cons

      Promotions are rare and seem to be based on who you know, and generally liked to acquiring new qualifications, regardless of experience. I've been at the same grade for the 4 years I've been here and have a lot of experience and skills, yet I frequently see my male counterparts being promoted above me with fewer skills/experience.
