      Pros

      Work life balance is good, if you don't bother Abt money.

      Cons

      HR might tell anything to recruit you to join the company. They will bluff for sure. Organization tree is poor for BIM. Yearly you will get 5 to 7 % hike, which is less than inflation in India. Health insurance is worst.

      Pros

      Interesting work, low overheads meaning proper project budget to do meaningful work. Smart people doing good work.

      Cons

      HR and Company decision making was a black box - unclear decision-process and difficult to find answers or accountability
