-Lack of adequate company wide resource management

There is a big miscommunication between the Line Managers and the mentored employees, which makes quite difficult to do a good individual assessment for pay rise, training, professional progression, performance in projects, etc. Pay rise in based on a General Company performance, even though the productivity gap from one colleague to other is huge. Salaries are barely the minimum compared to market salaries.
