The culture is one of encouragement and growth, where development is seen as a shared journey between the company and its people.

      Cons

      Although the company promotes the idea that employees can move between industries and projects, in practice this flexibility is limited. Once you are placed with a client, it can be very difficult to transition to another project. This can feel restrictive, especially compared to the expectations set during recruitment.

      Process could be rigid and not flexible - common in big companies. Might be not great if you are early in your career and want to try diff things
