Depending the team you work for, work life balance is on target.

Cons

Policies are not enforced across the company. For example, the working 10 days/month in the office. We at times get in our own way to achieve results.

Pros

Corporate appears to really care about employees. I’ve seen some very negative reviews on this aspect, but that has not been my experience. Pay is competitive. Good backlog of work in the West.

Cons

Concerns over management decisions - there was a shakeup with the leadership in 2025. It leaves me concerned that decisions are chaotic. For example, they hired a BD person and fired them 3 months later, brought someone in from Australia (not sure how this person could understand the US market), then that person left 3 months later. Bonuses are small during my time - apparently certain divisions performed poorly and bonuses are drawn from a collective pool. It’s a bit disincentivizing when you’re not rewarded for good work when another division performed poorly, but I understand that’s the system in place. Poor understanding of future placements - internal networking is difficult and people appear to guard their portions of work. I tried several times to reach out to folks for opportunities - most of the time it felt like I was bothering them.
