      Pros

      Always supportive no matter the issue and that's very important in this current working environment. This company is getting more people focussed all the time. Great new office in Bristol, great location next to the railway station.

      Cons

      Once you are in a more senior position, you are expected to find time to attend workshops, interviews, webinars, training etc. without any job codes. That is frustrating. No welcome pack for new starters.
