I made some good friends here, there are decent people around.

Cons

Presenteeism is rife, there's no flexibility in that sense and it may make you anxious. Some managers have unrealistic expectations for the amount of work you can do in a certain time period. Not much support. People are not willing to take the time to teach you because they're either too busy or assume you shouldn't need teaching anything. Favouritism is a big issue in some departments - it can either make or break your career. Poor pay. Toxic environments where people enjoy gossiping and talking badly about each other.

Challenging work, opportunity to prove you are capable, executive communication regarding direction of company

Cons

Not compensated fairly, overworked but denied promotions and overtime (though expected), upper management misogynistic (1950's-like), poor communication within organization (amongst management), poor and ever changing tools to do job, redundant and poor performing processes (STEP/Deltek) for Project Managers causing delays in project work, clique-esh.

Pros

Work/life balance is good as well as vacation/sick time.

Cons

Employees are shady and non-trustworthy. Always someone watching every move you make just waiting to tattle tail. Almost feels like you're working in a high school/drama atmosphere. Seveer micro-managing being done here. Benefits could use some work as they are higher and not as comparable to that of other companies.
