      good support for initial professional development for engineers. big project opportunities. good employee benefits

      Cons

      experience can vary greatly between colleagues and teams, not necessarily a con but something to be mindful of, and something you’d experience at almost all other companies. scale of teams may also be a bit too big for some people’s liking, can feel a bit impersonal at times, also a lot of work with colleagues based in different offices so can feel hard to build connections at times
