      Pros

      Good working environment and wonderful colleagues. Company takes health and safety very seriously. Has quite a few bonding activities every year.

      Cons

      Poor bonus - End of year bonus is only a fraction of a month. No dental benefits which is considered quite common with many organisations. Limited/unclear career path, especially if you are not based in Newcastle or Bangalore.
