I enjoyed my core work group

Cons

Rail signals is not a priority for this company. There are many other options especially for a young person starting out. There is also a two tiered system where most people who don’t have a 4 year degree aren’t invited to participate in the company ownership program.

Cons

Extreme lack of diversity within staff. Managers hire who looks like them. Work life balance is dependent on your manager. The same flexibility is not given to everyone. Told one thing in your interview only to be shown something different once you're hired. Very expensive benefits. Because there are so many offices across North America, the good reviews aren't a real reflection of the company's image. More concerned about money than their employees' wellbeing.
