      Pros

      Organized computer system, such as skype, office 2016, FiFi etc. The overall workload is manageable.

      Cons

      Using the excuse of changing training policy to cut trainee`s subsidies on joining training course and taking training leave. The company does not encourage the trainee to have further study, study leave and examination leave is no longer available. This company has no integrity. Making promises that they won't realized.

      The company has giving me a space to learn other area other than finance and operations, such as grant disbursement and program implementation community base natural resource management

      Great people to work with, many interesting, high-profile and diverse projects, ethical company, good if you want a career rather than just a job.

      Cons

      Lots of emphasis on senior management, some benefits (e.g. profit shares) restricted to senior levels. Employees need to be proactive in searching for opportunities.
