      Pros

      Employee ownership creates a naturally collaborative atmosphere. We do technically challenging projects so we are always learning. I'm still learning and that's after 37 years with Motts. Everyone on first name terms and approachable - which is something for 16000 staff. Managed by our peers who understand the day to day issues and are driven by professional excellence and performance.

      Cons

      Working with clients around the world can involve a lot of travel which is great for the individual but needs support.

      1. The work environment is great. 2. Projects taken on are worth the hardwork. 3. Team Leaders helpful enough.

      Couldn't find anything as of yet apart from the fact that the pay is not too great.
