      The environment at the company is really friendly and collaborative. There is a great organisation among the different departments and divisions which makes the company deliver a vast amount of projects with excellence. I really enjoy working here.

      No downsides to be presented. Company is improving in all areas every single day.

      Pros

      A caring and professionally excellent company. Varied projects and huge prospect for growth. Great line managers.

      Cons

      Employee ownership applies to senior management only. Pay below par for the sector. Traditionally an engineering business and this mentality prevails still. Risk averse.

      -nice people -managers generally very flexible and understanding -good work life balance -easy job if you want to coast or focus on other things

      Cons

      -the culture is generally unambitious -work can be repetitive and in my experience graduates aren't pushed to achieve -high level management for the most part uninspiring
