      Large organisation with possibilities to move between sectors Good work/ life balance A large amount of online training available Good sick leave policies

      Cons

      Lower salaries and no clear career development - lack of action on staff engagement survey results An 'employee owned company' but that is only for senior members of staff that have shares Lack of transparency with bonuses and salary reviews.
