They trust you to do your work. This is huge, my company prior to Motus micromanaged everything. You couldn’t make a decision without 10 people giving you the go ahead. At Motus, they trust you and allow you to do your job. - flexible work hours - unlimited PTO - growth - coworkers are great - remote work

Cons

- there is lack of direction on overall goals and where the company wishes to go - setting quarterly goals, more annoying than a con.
