Leadership above management seems clueless HR controls every aspect of running a department No real direction for the future Too many egos (will not listen to you if you dont have a degree) High school mentality, if you aren't with the IN group you always feel like an outsider to the company Micromanagement, which would be fine but how can someone tell me how long and how much i can do or enforce if they never have done the job themselves Opportunities for advancement are extremely limited Job Security

Chaotic, lots of turnover, constantly changing processes for sales team making it hard to do your job, no inbound leads, lots of micromanaging, unattainable quotas, poor morale, management overworked and unable to provide adequate support or leadership, burn and churn culture, difficult product to sell, no support, constant burnout
