The people outside of most management are decent and hardworking folks.

Cons

The current CEO (2019-present) is a con man. He successfully completed a coup on the previous CEO and then proceeded to put his puppets in place to control every aspect of the company.

Possibly help you get a foot in the door with fedex, big on the possibly.

Cons

All of the above. Way in over their heads with the work they have, no experience in your leadership, slave labor wages, pencil whipping galore. Bait in poor kids out of school and taint their aviation experience. I’ve watched that place make people leave the industry entirely
