- Good work/life balance. - Management is very down to earth. You can tell they truly care about every single employee at the company. - Competitive pay (this is especially true for the technicians & sales) - True "customer first" mentality leads to fulfilling work culture. Lots of happy reviews where you can tell you're making a real difference in people's lives. Their 4.9/5 star Google reviews speaks for itself.
Cons
-PTO policy is not bad, but could be better. 2 weeks seems like the standard base nowadays, which you won't receive until several years at the company.
