MS3 is a great company! I had no experience, so they taught me. I struggled with English and presenting to customers so they trained me. I had the freedom to chose the path I wanted to go with technology and they supported me. I loved working for MS3! I wish I could come back to USA be apart of this amazing company.

No cons MS3 is an AMAZING company and the people I talk to who are still there say still is.
The company pays market rates if you consider the base salary and all the bonuses. You get to work with modern technology and that is what is important for us.
Cons
If you are not performing you don't get full bonuses. So I guess people actually have to work here and not just be lazy to get paid market.
