      Pros

      Everyone is a joy to work with. There is not a lot of pressure to be perfect as long as you work hard and strive to be better everyday. Management is great and care for employees.

      Cons

      Overall pay is on the lower end of market averages. A lot of departments so projects can become messy with a lot of hands on each one. Turn over is pretty high / especially between departments so a lot of time can be spent training or sharing responsibilities of open positions
