Pros
Benefits are okay, work life balance is decent, and they never do layoffs. Everyone still had a job during the pandemic. Good place to learn about supply chain if you're lucky enough to get a position.
Cons
Favoritism and nepotism will get you far. Otherwise, give up on the idea of advancing or growing within your own department or any other department. Same applies if you're a person of color, as you'll be looked over for any growth opportunity in favor of the alternative or an external candidate. You are just a number. You are disposable. Their idea of showing appreciation is throwing food your way or giving you a 'gift' that was most likely something they were trying to get rid of from their storage closet (like a Mouser scarf in March). The bigger prizes are saved for the favorites. Compensation is a joke. Communication is extremely terrible.
