      Pros

      The company continues to grow every year, regardless of market conditions. Strong business model/strategy and a very good executive team leadership keep this company laser focused on what matters.

      Cons

      With the growth comes some growing pains. It can be difficult to hire/retain enough good talent to keep up with the success. Compensation has continued to improve but still has some catching up to do.

      Pros

      Co-workers are very friendly! Everyone at Mouser (in Sales at least) is very welcoming and encouraging. If you have the passion and the drive to work hard for the position you want, you will get there!

      Cons

      Pay could be better, sometimes it can be stressful when trying to deescalate angry customers, health benefits are just okay.
