      Bonuses, cleanliness, plenty of OT, if you want to work yourself to death and not see your family than go work here. 401k company match. Climate controlled warehouse.

      Cons

      Pay. Favoritism, lack of growth within the company. Schedule. Shifts times are awful, benefits are expensive. Weekly productivity reports. Do not recognize you doing well but emphasize on doing bad. Good reports get chucked at you while bad reports get you reprimanded.
