      Paycheck, weekends off, personal time off

      Cons

      Pressure, overworked, not enough employees, few are expected to carry the extra weight, not everyone is held responsible, drama, older employees do whatever they want, buddy system (it's who you're friends with), micro-managed, years present with no change, departments have terrible communication, leadership is weak, not appreciated

      Pros

      This is the first job I've had in AGES where I didn't feel like a "number". They really care for their associates. The facilities, health benefits, and random perks are some of the best around...even at entry level.

      Cons

      The only con I would say are the challenges in growth opportunity. There are people who've been with the company for 5-10 YEARS in the same lead positions and show no signs of slowing down. Most individuals retire or they leave for employment more suited to a degree they've obtained, etc...usually transitioning out of a more basic job description.
