      Pros

      The break room is nice. There's free parking. The bathrooms are clean. The offices are clean and maintained. You get a couple of (albeit small) bonuses every year.

      Cons

      If you want to become part of the "good ole boy" culture, you should do well here. You will win trips and other perks long before others. If you don't, you are constantly battling against the derision and unfair treatment management provides.
