Great place for those who apply themselves
Pros
Pay (compared to allot of jobs it’s pretty good especially if you work 10 or 12 hours per day) / PTO (10 hours earned each month from the start) / advancement opportunities (I’ve been promoted twice in less than three years) / secure parking lot / management supports the open door policy / bottom line is if you truly work your hardest and don’t hang out talking with other employees or go to the restroom for 20 minutes etc Mouser is a great place to work; if not the experience won’t be so good. That’s how life works.
Cons
I should have applied here sooner. Sure I could come up with a few cons as with any job but they would be minor and superficial. The harder you work and the more you care about your job the better experience you will have. Don’t confuse “favoritism” with “hard worker”.
