      This company has never had company wide layoffs. Okay place to gain work experience if you are just out of school.

      The company pays well below the going market rate for the role. Management does not believe this role contributes much to the overall success of the company and individuals in this role are easily replaceable.

      Job security, 401K, health benefits, PTO, Company is growing fast (growing pains), Hybrid schedule, most people are nice, work hard and you can grow in the company

      Cons

      Leadership - Old school mentality, no concept of work-life balance, compensation is not competitive, poor communication from leadership, middle management is a joke, sexism still problematic, it's company first, employee last, if you don't agree with leadership you're told to put up or shut up. Toxic environment.
