Pros

Warehouse was always clean. After your off training you can listen to headphones which makes time go by so much better! Casual Fridays. Decent benefits package. Overtime. Good job for high schoolers or just out of high school.

Cons

Management is extremely lazy! Mouser doesn't care about their employees. For example I personally went an talked to the warehouse HR manager Deanna Kiser about some things that were going on and she told me they weren't there for employee satisfaction, they were there for customer satisfaction. - This being the reason I walked out on them. They don't care for you or your family. They take away breaks and cut down lunch times at the last minute and you are expected to do as told. Pay is way lower than any other warehouse jobs in the area. They expect you to be trained in other departments with out increase in pay. Advancements are poor and not much of a pay raise for added responsibility.

Pros

Great atmosphere and very friendly employees to work with. Very laid back, low expectations and accountability make the retention rate high in the company. Can listen to music while you work in a lot of positions - minor perk but nice. Solid benefits with employee discounts.

Cons

No career paths or direction for any employees. Most employees, roughly 80% are hourly workers or employees that have very simple tasks that anyone can do. Most of these 80% make very little money because of this. Very low feedback from management and it is very biased and one sided when it comes to reviews. Very low pay when it comes to the average amongst other similar positions in electronic component distribution.

Pros

There were a few people there that would make your day.

Cons

Terrible favoritism. Management only protects themselves. Employees that have worked there many years are treated poorly while the new guys are treated with so much respect.
