      Pros

      Mouser is a conservative company that provides ability to move around into different areas of the business while staying competitive on salary and benefits

      Cons

      Promotion within the product group is difficult and hampered by old school thinking. Company is just starting on the hybrid model for workers. Still has a way to go on fully adopting remote working and the benefits it could provide in minimizing office costs.

      the whole place just sucks.... unless your willing to kiss some major management bum your not going to get anywhere

      Pros

      The people at Mouser are phenomenal! If I didn't have to move farther away from the office, I would have liked to stay with my team.

      Cons

      They are no longer allowing full-time remote work and are pushing for more days in-office.
