      Great place to work if you are in between jobs

      Pros

      The people are really nice and encouraging, the pay grade is pretty good for customer service representatives based on industry standards, there's a lot of training so you know exactly what is expected of your job role

      Cons

      Feels kind of like a dead end job, there's not much room for movement across the company, I worked here during an economic downturn when there was little jobs in my degree field and I felt like I was working below my pay grade but the people were nice and it was a nice job for in between when I needed something

      Mostly casual dress code, break room/areas in multiple places in the building, quarterly employee appreciation events

      Cons

      They play favorites, traffic in the area is pretty bad, Skeleton crews are required on holidays
