There are great people here Good work/life balance - deadlines aren't killer Agile development cycle

Cons

CEO micromanages, which can be difficult Some pressure to work in the way the business wants you to Maternity leave isn't great/ paternity leave non-existent You can only work from home max 2 days a week (under normal, non-COVID conditions)
