Only pro is they'll easily recruit fresher even if they are not well educated or capable for the role unless they agree for less pay and sign bond for two years

Cons

Been is this company for past 3 years. There is no hike. They appreciate just by words and awards to shut us and give us more work. Even if they give promotion they will not increase the pay. If we question they'll ask us to find job outside. And not much career opportunity here, only service project with less technical scope. Lots of politics in the office. Promotions and hike is not based on performance.
