      Pros

      I belong to Application Services. Really a very friendly and professional environment to work. Mainly for freshers it is really a good place to learn and grow. The competitive work ambiance gives great motivation. The people are really open-minded. Once they find some talent is there with you, they will be using it the fullest for sure. Good work life balance also. Over all a good place to work with.

      Cons

      Only one con which I can say is the appraisal policy.

      Pros

      Its been almost a year since i have been working with CSSCorp , Chennai. The thing i like most about this company is the excellent exposure you get working with various new technologies. Everyday has been a new learning experience for me.Work life is good with plenty emphasis on overall employee development. Senior management is fabulous.

      Cons

      Not a great pay master.
