      good delivery organization and technical team.

      Poor leadership skills at the executive level. Zero growth to negative growth in the last 4 years.

      Pros

      constant paycheck at the end of the month (some change or chillara), have heard that good transport facility in Bangalore locations and THAT'S IT!!!!

      Cons

      NO training POOR salary - They don't even pay you your bonus incentive properly management sucks - either be a tamilian or a mallu to grow here hard work and loyalty is not valued, office politics, if you buy biryani for ur manager daily then u can grow after some time NO growth at all - stagnant hypocrites and bad operations managers - mean, rude and with a huge male ego truck load of stupid talks every day about how they value you and your work but they don't trust the employees and never stand up for the team. ( I WANTDE TO USE OTHER WORDS BUT THE WEBSITE IS NOT ALLOWING)
