      Pros

      I was working on a wireless project and management was the best thing to happen here and i would say learning never ends here.

      Cons

      salary is the only concern. if you want to learn networking then css is place but u have to compensate on salary

      Good overall. India employees are a good team. Efficient, helpful, progressive. Growing company so there s a good scope of increasing ones learning curve.

      Pros

      Decent corporate culture, good place to work in an international environment interacting with global offices. Provides good scope to learn if one wishes to.

      Cons

      Promotions are tough so is increase in pay. Very dependent on the perceptions of the new management as against being based on merit.
