      Job environment is good, work life balance is good. The onsite opportunities are good within company.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are not good.. There is not much growth after few years. Lot of internal politics.

      Well... there is health benefits as it should be

      Health benefits is not accessible to employee. The Health Care ( medicard ) requires you to go to their pilot center which is remote and traffic prone area in the city. The worst part is the long lines ( start in the morning and hopefully you can finish in the afternoon. Facility is not good and staffs doesn't care. I have seen better in a public or government hospitals or centers. If you already dont feel good, prepare coz you'll feel worse when your done. Pray to god for more endurance so that it wouldn't turn to emergency.
