Very gud learning enviornment, approchable management, very good platform for technical beginners and best exposure.
Cons
Current management is very unstable.employees loose the confidence on management and attrition is very high...attitude of management both operations and support function needs to be proactive in supporting in employee needs more than pleasing the internal delivery heads or any upper manaagent.
