Pros
The Work Ambience is good is CSS Corp and you would find lot of internal Job movements happening all the time.
Cons
Worst Part is that you would have to beg for breaks and would often work 6 days in a Week. Added to that is the extension of shift each Day. Too much of politics and less growth. Limited Relaxation time and lot of pressure. Newbies would find so hard to adjust here in CSS Corp. No good training given for Experts and they would be pushed to take calls without proper training. and it goes on..
