      Family atmosphere

      Pros

      There's a lot to say about family atmosphere in the company (Wroclaw). 120 people-everyone knows everyone.Salaries grow gradually every year.After 3 months you get a contract for an undefined time.

      Cons

      You have to make sure that the first salary you get is high because then it will only grow percentage wise from where you started out.There's a lot organizational mess because Indian regulations that rule in the company.
