      Pros

      Invaluable Experience!!! You Get to Learn Technology, Good Comm and Some Super Struggle With the Management. Enterprise Support is very neat. Consumer Support is just fine. Awesome Trainers .

      Cons

      Salary-- Peanuts and Nuts!! , Never been satified with the pay, always a deduction for nothing. Horrible Cab Service!!!!! No Proper Organisation in Terms of Leave and off's. 24*7!!!

      Pressure will depends on projects... work pressure will be at the beginning like all other companies... Very less cost cuttings Good benefits / good infra in mepz (workstation is good in mpez)

      Cons

      Very very very poor HR management Not many long time projects Worst HR -- called GGheetthaaaaaa, you will never know what is happening around the company Very less hike for Development and delivery
