Not a good place to work for especially in Singapore

Nothing to say about. They just have a small office in SG and very few people working here.
Cons
Made me to sign a one year bond if broken I need to pay one month salary. Lately I was also informed that I cannot resign before 12 months and If I do resign then I have to still pay this one month salary. 2 months notice period is applicable anytime I resign and I have to pay one month salary and serve 2 months notice if I resign before 14 months. Worst medical insurance. Recently visited GP in Singapore and for normal vitamin tablets I was charged as the insurance company provided was not covering this. Complained many times about customer bullying me but my project is not changed. No one from senior management meets the employees here regularly
