      If you are beginning out a career, this is a great place to cut your teeth. The management has adapted to the new realities and re-branded the company on a regular basis.

      Cons

      The top order can continue to add technical staff into their decision making, to help them decide on strategy with focus on the metrics that truly reflect the customer experience.
