      Management was okay in my experience..CSS' Talent Acquisition employs diverse channels to attract the best talent available. The company employs in-house ... Looking forward to work with CSS performance testing team in future projects! CSS Corporation.

      Cons

      Don't get the benefits they offered in 2008. A limited indemnity plan where you paid a lot more in deductions versus the amount of benefits that you were eligible for. It was also a hassle to get the benefits to assist with claims or reimbursements. Their benefits package at the time was not comprehensive and in my opinion a BIG

      it is also a normal service industry. I am placed at my cleints place. so dont have much information about the company.

      Cons

      As i am working at client place, i am missing out on trainings on new features. my performance cycle is not transparent for yearly hikes.
