      Good mentorship but poor project stability and pay

      Pros

      This is mostly work from home. Some of the leaders are really good and mentor and guide the freshers in the right direction so they can improve their careers.

      Cons

      As a service-based industry, some projects are good and long-term, but others are volatile, and their bench policy is poor. The moment you are out of the project, you will be on the bench and automatically put on Notice period. Very few projects have team outings. The salary package and CTC are not good, though it is credited on time, the appraisal bonus is not on time and not based on performance of the individual.
