      Pros

      Good learning exposure if you’re starting your career in technical support or networking (lots of real-time customer issues). Cab/transport facility is usually reliable (two-way in most locations). Work-from-office culture helps if you like face-to-face interaction with team members. Some projects have weekend offs or decent shift allowances.

      Nothing much to say everything pretty good and working well they offer a decent pay when compared to other organisations and the work environment willfeel not too stressful if the SOP is followed properly
