-Horrible pay scale -Senior management is pathetic -HR doesn't care about employee experience and beats around the bush a lot -Managers are selfish and using the bottom line employees to climb the ladder -Management doesn't care about new ideas when they're identified to them, and take years to finally accept it when it's too late
